About Us
We – Silvia Brandenberger, Dominik Anliker, and our son Nevio – warmly welcome you to Kicomm, your personal childcare in Baar.
Our goal is to provide care that meets the highest standards. We rely on qualified professionals, clear structures, and lovingly designed routines. In this way, we can specifically balance out potential disadvantages of other childcare options. Within our family daycare, children are integrated into a natural, family-like daily routine – with fixed rituals, a sense of security, and individual support.
In addition to our regular offer, we provide tailor-made services based on the individual needs of families. You are always welcome to share your wishes with us – we will do our best to accommodate them.
Our childcare takes place in our beautiful ground-floor apartment at Steinhauserstrasse 5, 6340 Baar. The spacious 5.5-room apartment offers plenty of space for playing, discovering, and relaxing. The large outdoor area invites children to spend time outside and offers a variety of opportunities for outdoor activities.
About Silvia Brandenberger
I was born in 1992 in Schwyz and successfully completed my training as a childcare specialist (FaBe Kind) in 2013. Throughout my professional career, I have gained valuable experience in various areas of childcare.
For several years, I worked as a nanny for four children and as a childcare specialist in different daycare centers and positions. During this time, I also completed further training as a certified leadership specialist, which supported me in my role as deputy daycare manager.
These experiences have clearly shown me what truly matters in high-quality childcare: small groups with a constant caregiver. Only in this way is it possible to give each child the attention they need, respond to their individual needs, and create a varied program that supports their development.
My vision is childcare that is individually tailored to each child – shaped by trust, respect, and the joy of discovering together.
In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, working in the garden, and experiencing nature. I also love cooking with passion and trying out new recipes. I find balance in creative activities – whether through handicrafts, sewing, crafting, or immersing myself in a good book.
